Wordless Wednesday #7 : Poyo III

Blackpepper fillet + boil potato + saute celery tomato with croutons + homemade butter yolk sauce

Start with Poyo III eh...hehe

Fish Fillet

500g dory fish fillet season with salt & pepper pan searing 3-4 min each side.


2 stick celery

1 tomato

garlic crush

onion chop small pieces

crouton ( cut the bread to small square, drizzle with some salt and olive oil. put into oven for 10min : 160C)

Saute onion and garlic with butter. Put in the vege for 2-3 min. Pour in all crouton. ready to serve.

Butter yolk sauce

50g salted butter

2 yolks

1/4 cup of cream

Melted the butter. Once the butter liqufied, pour into yolks * continous whisking to avoid the yolks curdling*. Pour in cream and whisk. ready to serve

Boil Potato

Assemble all component to plate and finished it until burp..hehe
I like western dish coz it ready to eat less than hour ..~lalalalala ^_^
